I always seem to be the most reluctant to make a splash page when a layout REALLY fucking needs one. Like, if it will fit on 800+, I’ve got that splash done in two seconds. If you absolutely require 1024 and nothing else, or the site will look like complete ass and probably be unnavigatable…forget it. I will procrastinate like the wind…assuming I ever get around to doing one at all.

Which doesn’t make any sense, really, because its not like a splash needs to be special. All it actually needs is to state the requirements for the site, and let you in. I think I’m just a tool….
