If it seems like I’m posting here less lately, its because I’ve been spending most of my time on Poofu, who has an old OS, thus requiring me to run N6 to use Blogger, and just…no.

Also, I have the lj, which I actually can use in IE5, and now the blurty which I think I like even better cause I can use it in IE, and the desktop posting program actually works on Poofu, and I get six icons without having to shell out cash that I don’t have. So…yay.

I’m keeping dQ, tho, cause I like my bloggy, and hey, layouts, and dude, I go through phases, anyway. Also? Violently not feeling like emailing people to change clique links to the homestead. Uh-uh, no sir, drive thru.

One thing I never got? Hate sites. I mean, if you despise someone/thing so much…why devote that kind of time and effort to them? Its kind of like saying, “well, they’re horrible, but totally worthy of my attention.” Um…what?

I have two packages of those squeeze boxes they use at Hollywood Video, that I should really either use or sell, but am apparently incapable of dealing with either way. I don’t particularly like the things, but this little voice keeps saying they’re useful, and possibly a good idea. If anyone else’s little voice is louder and fonder of the things, let me know. Some of my best decisions are made by other people. Or something like that.

So. Halloween. Which means we will most likely be going out to dinner and watching the telly with the lights off in order to avoid the children too stupid to know that no porchlight means no candy. And unless something bizarre has happened, Now or Never will be arriving in the mail today. And I’m doing Copen Mechanisms largely just to have another site to do layouts for, but maybe also a little to make up for the fact that I am, probably, going to kill Sacrificial Pizza. And for some reason, Christina Aguilera’s Dirrty is in my head, which cheeses me off, because OH how I hate it. I can’t decide whether I hate it more with the video or without. Cause on the one hand, I kind of like the white-and-blue dreads, and the girlfight sequence. And on the other, the video is just gross and skanky. And I’m babbling and sad and kind of tired, and I think I’ll shut up now and go read the Trickyfish.

*blinks repeatedly* There’s no Fanlisting for Ford Prefect. How…but…Arthur has a fanlisting, WHY has no one ever started one for Ford? Ford’s awesome, he…dude.
