Kind of want to read some fic, but the father-shaped person happens to be ensconsed at the computer behind me, and while he is old as fuck and his eyesight isn’t what it used to be, it’d be just my luck for him to look up and just be able to make out some sentence about Kevin putting it to AJ, or some such.
Knowing I like girls is one thing. I don’t think he can take knowing I like slash, too.
So instead I’m sitting here blathering and staring longingly at a pic of that chick from FFX that I’m in love with, but know nothing about. You know, the chick with the off-the-shoulder dress and the shibby hair? AKA, the only one who looks like she’s not the love-child of previous FF characters. >.< (Although, now that I think about it...she does have some Edea flavoring... o.O) Ne, what's her name, anyways?
……I’m thinking of skinning Eminem. oO Oo I know, I know, he is very anti one of my favorite joys, but…he amuses me greatly. He’s all pretty and angry and offensive and yet somehow funny. Also, I’m really into how he looks on the cover of the August Blender. *stares for a minute, then snickers and murmurs something about Em, and Joey Fatone’s Superman fetish, and scampers off before she can be tempted to write it*

Okay, I think I’d like to see Resident Evil again, although maybe not alone this time, and can I just say how impossibly sick I am of Hollywood always killing the characters I really really like?! >.< And, yes, Milla Jovovich did live, and I liked her, but hello, main female, in RE-land….HAS TO LIVE. Its a law of the ‘verse.
And I agree with Des, there were some bits that had me putting my head in my hands and asking why we couldn’t have writers that had played the games, or at the very least read the books, but they did leave a very nice slot for the games to slide right into, and I appreciated that, so we will (grudgingly) forgive them.
We will NOT be forgiving them for their inclusion of Eric Mabius in the cast and letting him survive the film, however. *eats own face*
I think I need to make some RE movie skins. ¬_¬
