My mom’s office manager got this in her email. Normally, I’m against both forwards and religious muck, but I found this amusing. Did I mention I hate scientists? The scientist approached God and said, “Listen, we’ve decided we no longer need you. Nowadays, we can extract stem cells, clone people, transplant hearts, and all kinds of things that were once considered miracles.” God patiently heard him out, and then said, “All right. To see whether or not you still need me, why don’t we have a little man-making contest?” “Okay, great!” the scientist said. “Now, we’re going to do this just like I did back in the old days with Adam,” God said. “That’s fine,” replied the scientist and he bent down to scoop up a handful of dirt. “Woah!” God said, shaking his head in disapproval. “Not so fast, pal. You get your own dirt.”

Does anyone else remember a show called Hi, Honey, I’m Home, or something to that effect? And if so, do you know how I could go about getting some episodes on tape? Its just…there’s a Certain Someone who is vastly amusing me lately, and who was IN that Back in The Day, and I remember the show, tho not well, and the character, tho hazily, and holy fuck, yeah, I think that WAS him. And some of you, I’m sure, can make guess as to who the Certain Someone is. I’m also reasonably sure that your guesses would be wrong. *grins* And just for the record? I’m not telling who the Certain Someone actually IS unless you can get me some eppies. So there. ;p

Yes. Yes, the new layout does feature Shakira. I am going to blame Maxim magazine and the “Wherever, Whenever” video, because leather and girls who can do that with their hips are Good Things in my book. Even if they do kind of sound like Timberlake on crack. Also of the Good Things? Lucy, aka, She Who Writes Slash Even Michael Enjoys. Her Chris Kirkpatrick can make you laugh all night. I’m also enjoying her AJ McLean, in part due to this line: “Sweet Christ,” AJ said. “I’m starting to feel sorry for Justin Timberlake, and that kind of shit is just seriously wrong.” Oh, yeah. She’s my goddess. ^^;

Um. As bAoi is currently not of the living, and I don’t want to go back to MegMaster, and am pondering what other choice I may be able to afford…Des has once again shown how much of sweetheart she is by giving me a home at Innocent-Sin.net. Right now, the blog is the only thing here, but I’m so happy and relieved to have just that back up that I don’t even have the words. Arigato, Des-chan. ^^

Of the somewhat bizarre…after taking the Utena test at Selectsmart, it seems I am most like Mikage. Now, I’m quite pleased by this, as Mikage was the one who I latched onto long before I saw or even really knew anything of the series. Later, he proved to be the kind of dark romantic that I always adored (you can keep your knights in shining armor, thank you, I will be lurking under opera houses searching for my phantom). And when a wonderful woman took up the mantle of Mikage at the Utena MB I like to haunt, I dissolved into incoherent happy noises and did not rest until she made me her Rose Bride (RR’s Miki still pines for his dark beloved, tho it has been some time since his ‘Kage posted). So, yes, being told that I’m most like Mikage-sama makes me very pleased indeed. Its the fact that my second and third were Tsuwabuki and Akio, respectively, that confuses and disturbs me….

In a valiant, or possibly desperate, and most definitely fruitless effort to get online with RoboCompie and get some ATT goodness on this puppy….I joined the Dark Side, I mean AOHell. I’m vastly amused by my screenname, dude. You won’t get it, and you should be thankful you don’t get it. I think I need a friend who gets it, tho, just so its not funny anymore. o.O However, if you’re feeling non-sane and really want to know….just think, “what could Catherine possibly be into, that would result in ‘bone4train@aol.com’ and will make all my human parts shrivel and weep?” Yeah, its um.
