Kasumi’s been doing this weird thing lately, where one thing’ll act up enough to worry me one day, and then be fine the next time I try to use it. I’m very happy that nothing appears to be permanently wrong, or anything, its just a bit disconcerting.

I’ve started watching Veronica Mars. I like it so far, and I have some hopes for eventual Weevil/Veronica, but I’ll settle for a further look into the Weevil/Lilly hints. And while Mrs. Kane certainly loves her son a bit too much, I can’t help but think that Mr. Kane felt the same way about Lilly…and then took it that extra step.

Its funny, I’ve read a little about VM before — I think Cleolinda used to recap it, I’ll have to see if I have any in my LJ memories — and I always pictured Lilly as a brunette. More of a Rose McGowan type, y’know? So having her turn out to be Karen from “Mean Girls” is a little odd. Good odd, tho, she totally nails it, I can’t picture anybody else in the role now.

And yet, I can’t stop picturing the character with dark hair. Hm.
